Obsidian Threshold — Ritual Table

Kitsune Moon Studio
A square of shadow. A meeting point of weight and ascent.
This piece stands as both table and marker — grounded by a solid, monolithic base and crowned with a dark, pyramidal form stitched subtly at its seam. The top bears the language of fire: cracked, scaled, and silvered along its live edge like cooled lava. Flame has not erased the timber’s history — it has translated it.
The fissures across the top remain visible, unapologetic. They speak of tension, of heat, of time. The pyramid rises like a quiet axis — a gesture toward the unseen, anchored by mass below.
This is not simply a table.
It is a threshold.
Char. Geometry. Stillness held in form.
